I make these applets using Jmol, an opensource software package for viewing chemical structures in 3-D. I get my structures from PubChem, a project with an online database, made by the National Center for Biotechnology Information.
Using the applet is very easy, rotation is done by clicking and dragging the structure, zooming in is possible with a mouse scroll.
